COVID-19 MITIGATION MEASURES AT THE PORTS

In keeping with the need to mitigate the impact of COVID-19, the Board of Directors, Management and Staff of the Anguilla Air and Sea Ports Authority (AASPA) wish to inform the general public that, with immediate effect, all persons traversing and or conducting business in and around the AASPA Ports (Blowing Point Port, Road Bay Port, Corito Port and Clayton J. Lloyd International Port), must wear facial masks. This measure is not limited to restricted areas only, but areas of common business around the Ports.  For the avoidance of doubt, signs will be posted to highlight such areas.

The Board is very cognizant of the pandemic and is striving to assure the public that conducting business within the Ports of the AASPA has undergone intense scrutiny to ensure that its stakeholders’ safety remain the highest priority.

Persons who wish to conduct business within the Port areas without wearing a facial mask will be denied service and will be required to leave the Port areas.  Further, the AASPA encourages all users to exercise social distancing and other safety protocols while using the Ports.

The Board, Management and Staff of the AASPA appreciate the patience and understanding of all stakeholders as the AASPA endeavours to provide quality services in  a safe and efficient environment.
